Don your best costumes\, get your heftiest candy bags ready\, and enjoy fun activities as you wander along 4th Ave. and trick-or-treat at participating businesses.Hosted by Anchorage Downtown Partnership\, TOTS 2024 will have the Visit Anchorage Spooky Log Cabin\, local dance performances from FlowZone\, a haunted trolley\, llamas\, vintage car trunk-or-treating\, a costume contest for people and pets starting at 2 p.m.\, bouncy houses and a climbing wall! We’re excited to be part of the fun and hand out treats with all of our friends and neighbors!
